The savoury and great breakfast had a lot of meals and the food I tasted was good. Had reasonably spacious and brand-new room with fire alarm and shower and tea, and protected with smoke detectors.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was an absolute feast! The options were vast and delicious, like a Mediterranean feast with a touch of home-cooked goodness. I couldn't resist going back for seconds and thirds!

The hotel's staff was young but eager to help, offering solutions for most issues. There were vegan restaurant options nearby, and a petrol station offered vegan meals too. the rooms were clean, the towels white as snow, and there was a separate shower and toilet. the hotel had contemporary showers with a rain option.
The hotel's internet connection was terrible, with huge problems with interference from access points in the corridors.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant were excellent, with a good variety of options and reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
The noise from passing trams outside the windows made it difficult to sleep, which was a major downside of our stay. the lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, and the housekeeping staff could use some improvement in terms of customer service.

The room at Campanile Krakow South was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the modern design, especially the flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The private bathroom was clean and had a nice shower with free toiletries. The bed was comfy and the wardrobe provided enough space for my belongings.
Personally, I didn't really like the seating area in the selected rooms. But hey, that's just me.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by two important amenities that the hotel offered. the immediate response from staff to technical problems was excellent. the breakfast was great and exceeded my expectations. The hotel had an advantage of being located in a nice park with a lake nearby, which was perfect for a winter walk. The location was also near public transport, making it easy to reach the city center.
There were some negative aspects to my stay as well. One of the worst aspects was the noise from the street and tram, which could be heard from the room.
